AOC-4 is an annual e-form filed with the Registrar of Companies containing the financial statements of a company. It must be filed within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
AOC-4 contains:
- Balance Sheet
- Statement of Profit and Loss
- Cash Flow Statement
- Director's Report
- Auditor's Report
For OPCs and small companies, a simplified AOC-4 form is available.
