Your Right to Data Deletion

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data that we hold. This includes data collected through our service, Google Sign-In, or WhatsApp integration.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Information Required

To process your request, please provide:

• Your registered email address
• Your name as registered on Jini
• Confirmation that you want all your data deleted

What Gets Deleted

Upon your request, we will delete:

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)
• All recipient data you've added
• Any documents you've uploaded
• Integration tokens (Slack, Gmail, Google)
• Reminder history

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Important Notes

• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You will lose access to your account after deletion
• We may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes)
• Third-party services (Slack, Google) may have their own data retention policies
