Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Jini (operated by Amigo Softcom LLP at jini.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Jini is a tax compliance reminder service designed for Indian businesses. We provide automated reminders for various statutory filing deadlines through Slack, WhatsApp, and email channels.

User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account with accurate information. You may sign up using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or files
• Share your account credentials with others

Disclaimer

Jini provides reminder services as a convenience tool. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. While we strive to maintain accurate filing calendars, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Important: Always verify filing deadlines with official government sources. Jini reminders are meant to supplement, not replace, your compliance processes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amigo Softcom LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Missed filing deadlines
• Penalties or fines incurred
• Loss of data or business interruption

AI-Powered Features

Jini uses artificial intelligence to enhance your experience. By using the service, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Document Classification: When AI features are enabled in your workspace, uploaded documents may be automatically analyzed by AI for classification and data extraction. Document text (not the original files) is sent to AI providers for processing.
• Chat Assistance: Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses.
• Email Processing: If you are an existing user with AI enabled, emails sent to your Jini workspace may be analyzed by AI for automated routing and response suggestions.

AI Providers: We use AI services from OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, and Google, which are located in the United States. By enabling AI features, you consent to your data being processed by these providers.

Opting Out: You can disable AI processing at any time in your workspace Settings. Disabling AI will prevent automatic document classification and AI chat features, but core compliance features will continue to work.

Data Not Sent to AI: Your PAN, GSTIN, and other entity identifiers are never included in requests to AI providers. Original document files remain stored exclusively in India; only extracted text content is processed by AI when you have enabled this feature.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at tax@jini.app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
